Overview

A centralized genAI platform designed to replace fragmented tools, helping employees quickly find accurate information across HR, Compliance, Risk, and more. The platform combines AI-driven assist streams with chat-based search features, reducing time spent on repetitive tasks and outdated systems.

  • Disconnected systems (e.g., HR portals, compliance databases)

  • Unreliable search (outdated data, poor relevance)

  • Delayed client responses (time spent hunting for answers)

Key Design Work:

  • Unified UI flows for seamless switching between AI and search.

  • Scalable design system (200+ components)

  • Onboarding cues to drive adoption (e.g., tooltips for new users)
